Here we go – time to think carefully about what you are doing.
Page of Stones – Lynx
Meaning: Still found in mountain woodlands in parts of Europe, the lynx is one of the creatures at the top of the food chain. With its speed and cunning, combined with its ability to climb trees, it is a formidable Hunter as well as a fierce protector of it young.
Reading points: Pay attention to the physical realm, and be aware of the effects generated by everything you do. A strain of wildness and lack of forethought can sometimes hamper your forward passage, but careful consideration redresses the balance.
Tracks and pathways: Studying scholarship, school, apprenticeship, starting out, carefulness, reflection, meditation, and serving others
The Wildwood Tarot by Mark Ryan and John Matthews, art by will Worthington
Hi there! I recently started using this deck. Would you say these cards should be read as reverse/regular or not? If so, how would you say these meanings should be changed if a reverse card is pulled. Thanks!
I would say it is your call. There are no reverse meanings offered in the book that comes with the deck, however, it is a tarot deck and most of those do have reverse interpretations. Almost anything can be viewed to see an opposite interpretation – or perhaps a more serious and challenging interpretation – so I would look for that if you wish to use reverse readings.
Okay, thank you! 😊
