The past several months have been pretty stressful for a lot of folks that I know. I’m not sure if it is a universal energy causing issues or it’s just local to me. Whatever the case may be, remember that as long as we keep moving forward, there is hope. Sometimes it’s hard to keep the momentum, so don’t forget to reach out to friends and loved ones if you are struggling. We can share one another’s burdens.
