Change is in the air, and it’s not just because of Spring. Yes, I’m seeing the daffodils start to pop up and hints of green in the grass (I’m sure the next couple weeks will explode with green and blooms after this week’s rains). Change is also coming from an extended period of quiet and not running here, there, and everywhere. As we all start to slowly emerge from the confines of the pandemic, we have to readjust to the outside world – and figure out how much of it we really need after all.
Remember that the change of isolation and confinement that we experienced last year was harsh for many, but coming back to “normal” life is yet another change and we must decide how to meet it for our own health as well as the community’s.
Blessings and have a lovely weekend!

Change is Unavoidable
Change is unavoidable – every second of every day you undergo change. Your perception is altered by what you see, feel, and experience from one moment to the next. Your body ages and moves closer to death with every breath. Autumn will always come to end of the bounty of summer, and the new hope of spring will always follow the winter. Change is all around you. Do not let your fear bind you to the past and prevent you from enjoying your present and future. Stop fighting. You cannot resist the inevitable so choose instead to embrace it with acceptance and peace.
